What do you think is the best solution for improving the lowest performing schools?
A blood transfusion of the whole MoE system
Appoint qualified heads of schools
Appoint educational supervisors in ESQID as the head of those schools
strengthen the internal supervision of poor performing schools
Create awareness among the parents
Develop a good relationship between SMT, Parants and students
1. Pray to ﷲ2.Make the students aware of quality study techniques. 3. make use of internet. ( All lessons provided on internet for an example ) . 4. More multimedia in lessons ( presentations , video clips )5. Make lessons more interesting / Do not teach craps or unwanted things that arnt in syllubus.
Set goals or targets its not only the the SMT but all the stakeholders need to work to the same goal. Can do it just try to make an effort.
